一、Introduction to the Machine

The potassium fertilizer flotation machine is the core equipment for the flotation purification of potassium salts. It relies on the differences in the hydrophobicity of mineral surfaces to separate potassium chloride from impurities such as sodium chloride. There are mainly three popular types of machines, all of which are suitable for the high-salinity slurry conditions of salt lakes.

1. SF Type: Self-priming air type, does not require an external fan, simple structure, suitable for small production lines, used for rough selection and fine selection.

2. JJF type: inflatable self-priming combined type, strong stirring power, good slurry stability, suitable for medium-sized production lines, mostly used for roughing and scavenging.

3. KYF Type: Forced air-blast type, energy-saving and wear-resistant, with adjustable air volume, suitable for large-scale potash fertilizer production, and higher flotation efficiency.

Core structure: tank body, impeller stator, main stirring shaft, foam scraping device, drive motor; the parts in contact with the slurry are treated for corrosion and wear resistance.
