Introduction:
Fertilizer disintegrants are key additives for granulated fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and water-soluble fertilizers. Their core function is to make the fertilizer quickly disintegrate, disperse, and dissolve when it comes into contact with water, solving problems of poor solubility, caking, and slow nutrient release.
Core Uses:
• Rapid disintegration and dissolution: absorbs water and swells upon contact, breaking the particle structure, allowing compact particles to quickly disperse, preventing long-term insolubility and residue in the soil.
• Enhance fertilizer effectiveness and utilization: nutrients are released evenly, reducing loss and localized root burn, and improving absorption efficiency.
• Improve granulation and storage/transportation: balance particle strength so that it is neither easy to break nor caked, while considering both hardness and disintegration.
• Adapted for minerals/insoluble fertilizers: solves the problem of slow dissolution and long residue of calcium, magnesium, silicon fertilizers, phosphate rock powder, etc.
• Addition amount: Conventional 0.5%‒3%; Mineral type 3%‒10%; Compound type 0.3%‒1.5%.
• Addition method: Mix with raw materials before granulation (both dry and wet methods are acceptable), no extra equipment modification is required.
• Add performance indicators: disintegration time 30 seconds‒300 seconds; soluble in water with no precipitation or caking.
