Roller press frame material:
45# steel, the frame design can absorb the pressure inside the rack without transmitting the pressure to the base. To facilitate roller replacement, the upper half of the frame is connected to the lower half of the frame with bolts. After loosening the bolts on top, the upper part (including the feeding device) can be flipped down and placed in a horizontal position. Then the roller can be removed and taken out from above.
The four rollers are forged from die steel and have a journal neck. The surface of the rollers has a wear-resistant layer (made of wear-resistant alloy). The rollers are equipped with pivotable roller bearings with locking sleeves, and the housing is sealed with labyrinth seals and sealing rings. The bearings are pre-lubricated with grease at the factory.
The bearing box of the driving roller is supported by a hydraulic pressurization device, which can generate the most balanced pressure possible and prestress the frame to prevent the press from overloading. The hydraulic system mainly consists of the following components: hydraulic cylinder, nitrogen accumulator, pressure gauge, pressure sensor, safety valve, hydraulic oil tank with pump, and drive motor. The system maintains the pre-set pressure of the hydraulic press through contact elements and ensures constant pressure.
To prevent dust from entering, the roller is enclosed in a casing, with the rotating roller isolated from the outside through a labyrinth seal. There is a flange at the bottom of the casing for connecting a chute. An opening is provided for connecting dust collection equipment.
